New members are welcome.

To become a member of the club, you will need to:

  1. Obtain an application form, the application form can be downloaded and printed or collected from the club bar.
  2. identify two club members, one to propose and sponsor you and the other as a seconder
    (Note: if you are new to the area you can contact the office and ask for a committee member to interview you for potential membership),
  3. Complete the application form in full,
  4. Get one passport photograph or take a passport photo-type photograph of yourself and email it to the club,
  5. Submit the form with the photograph (or having already emailed the photograph to the club) and the joining fee to a member of the bar staff.

Your application will be posted on the club's noticeboard and then considered by the club's Committee.

If there are no objections then you will become a member of the club.

In the event of an application being refused, the photograph and the joining fee will be returned to the applicant.

THE APPLICATION FORM MUST BE COMPLETED IN BLOCK CAPITALS IN FULL AND RETURNED DURING OPENING HOURS WITH:

  1. ALL APPROPRIATE FEES (SEE BELOW)
  2. ONE PASSPORT SIZE COLOUR PHOTOGRAPH – OR ALTERNATIVELY EMAIL ONE PHOTO TO [email protected]

Renewals

  • Renewals take place during January.

  • Members still have an opportunity to renew during February but will incur a late renewal fee

  • Members who fail to renew by end of February become a lapsed member.
    Note: Lapsed members are unable to gain entry into the club, even if accompanying a Member or Associate Member.
